Shipping Information

When ordering software directly from Raize Software you have the option of receiving the software electronically or on physical media (e.g. CD-ROM).

Electronic Delivery

There is no extra charge for electronic delivery. If you would like to receive the software electronically, please specify "electronic delivery" when you place your order.

Electronic delivery is our preferred method of delivery and is the fastest way to receive our software.

You must also provide a valid email address in order to receive the software electronically, as well as the necessary release codes and serial numbers that may be required to unlock/install the software.

The charge for shipping software on CD-ROM depends on the destination:

Shipping

By default, all domestic packages are shipped by Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. Delivery time is 2-3 days. All international packages are shipped by Global Priority Mail also through the United States Postal Service. Delivery time is 4-5 business days.

FedEx Service Available Upon Request

You may select to have your order shipped to you via FedEx. In this case, the FedEx shipping fee will be billed directly to your credit card. In addition, a $10 handling fee will be added to your order.

Simply specify on your order form that you would like the product shipped via FedEx. Please note that credit card information or a valid FedEx account number must be provided for FedEx shipments. Even if you are paying your order by check, credit card information or a FedEx account number is required for the FedEx shipping charge.
